Upbeat and Diligent Amusement Planning Representative needed for Japanese company!!

A Japanese entertainment industry is currently looking for a full time, fully onsite Amusement Planning Representative to join their Brea, CA location.

The Planning Representative will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, vendor negotiations, and purchase order administration, including international transactions, for the Amusement Department. Ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and effective promotional planning.

DOE and skills, the pay range for this position would be between the 43k-45k mark. This position also includes benefits such medical, dental and vision insurance as well as PTO.

Your essential duties would include the following:

• Procurement & Inventory Management: Plan and source amusement-related items, maintain supplier relationships, solicit and review bids, and ensure timely deliveries.• Sales & Revenue Optimization: Analyze sales and transaction data, adjust pricing and gameplay settings, and investigate potential fraud.• Promotions & Operations: Assist in planning promotions and advertisements, maintain game floor aesthetics, and support cost control with operations.• Contract & Financial Management: Negotiate and manage contracts, review invoices, and submit payments.• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to company policies and federal/state regulations, enforce loss prevention, and ensure environmental and security standards are met.• Business Travel: Attend supplier meetings and industry events (typically once a month, with early morning travel as needed).

•4-year college business degree and some experience, preferably in the entertainment, retail or hospitality industries is preferred

•Computer SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office

•Japanese and English bilingual preferred
