Communication Expert with interest in Logistics needed for a Japanese Company in California.

A Japanese Logistics company located in El Segundo California is currently looking for someone to join their team as a Logistics Coordinator. This is a full time, hybrid position.


The right candidate should have great communication skills as the coordinator will ensure a smooth flow of goods from the supplier to the customer. The right candidate will also monitor contract detail and transportation within the supply chain to comply with U.S. Government laws and regulations.


The salary range would be between 45k-50k


This is an entry level position, so people interested in Logistics are encouraged to apply.

As this is a Japanese company, the use of the Japanese language would be a big plus, but it is not required.


As a Logistics Coordinator, you would be responsible for the following tasks:

•    Communicate with other subsidiaries in Japan.

•    Coordinate shipments with supply chain.

•    Review documents to ensure accuracy.

•    Prepare Sales documents.

•    Coordinate with Export Control department to ensure proper compliance with laws and regulations.


Please consider the following qualifications when applying for this position:

•    G-SAP computer experience preferred.

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•    Organization and time management skills to handle multiple programs and processes.

•    Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.

•    Problem solving skills.

•    Ability to work independently
